I'm Doctor Kevin Baiko.   When my wife and I started up Big Island Mobile Clinic last year to medically serve the Big Island of Hawaii, we never imagined it would be so well received.  Our goal all along has been to adapt our services to the needs of the various communities we serve.   Although we no longer see patients out of our RV, we now have three permanent clinic locations - two on the  Big Island (Hilo & Ocean View) and one on Kauai (Kapaa).  So although our clinic is no longer mobile, we sure are!   And we've changed our business name to: Hawaii Compassionate Care.

Our primary service at all of our locations is medical cannabis certification evaluation & registration (medical marijuana cards).   Please note: WE DO NOT DISPENSE MEDICAL MARIJUANA OR NARCOTIC PAIN MEDICATION OF ANY KIND.  Considering that cannabis has proven to be much safer and less addicting than the majority (if not all) prescription narcotics, it is Dr. Baiko's policy to refrain from prescribing controlled substances for chronic pain management.

I am familiar with a variety of holistic approaches to long-term well-being, including the Wiley Protocol (biomimetic hormone replacement). 

We accept only cash and check in payment for services.  We do not accept any 3rd party (insurance) payments.
